If you have forgotten your username, try using your email address. If that doesn't work, please contact us at beville@beville.com.
If you have forgotten your password but you do remember your username, click the Login link. You will then see a link that says "Lost your password?" - click that link. You will then be instructed to enter your email address, and you will receive an email that will contain a link to reset the password.
When you click the link within the email, you may receive an error that says the code is not valid, or something similar. Ignore it, and then you should receive another email in a few minutes that will contain your new password.
Once you have your new, temporary password, log in, and then change your password via the User Control Panel. If you can't find the link to the User Control Panel, view the attached image. The link is circled in red.
